Propin is a SaaS platform that provides commercial location analytics using mobility data and geospatial analytics. Our services include:

• Commercial potential analysis for locations

• Store and franchise evaluation reports

• Demographic and area traffic data

• Specialized consulting services

2.1 B2B Sales & Field Operations (Propin B2B)

Propin also offers modules for B2B sales execution, field operations, territory management, account prioritization, route planning, and performance analytics. These services support business teams in organizing, prioritizing, and executing commercial activity based on geographic and operational insights.

3. User Accounts

To access certain services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer different service plans, including free and paid options.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with our customer satisfaction policy.

4.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days’ prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Attempt to access restricted areas of the system

• Interfere with the operation of the Service

• Copy, distribute, or modify our data without authorization

• Use the Service to directly compete with us

We use aggregated and anonymized mobility data. We do not process personally identifiable location information in our analytics.

6.4 B2B Customer Data (Propin B2B)

When using Propin for sales execution, account management, or field operations, you may upload or generate business data such as leads, accounts, visits, notes, and activity logs.

• You retain ownership of your business data.

• We process such data solely to provide the Service.

• We do not sell or repurpose identifiable customer or contact data.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, data, algorithms, and content, remain the exclusive property of Worinco LTD.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8.2 Limitation

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service in the previous 12 months.

8.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate data, we do not guarantee the complete accuracy of all analyses or recommendations.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
