1. Company Identification
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Worinco LTD (the “Company”), operating commercially under the brand name “Propin” or “Propin.ai” (the “Platform”).
All references to “Propin”, “Propin.ai”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Worinco LTD.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Propin is a subscription-based location intelligence and sales execution platform designed for commercial teams, including vending operators, distributors, bottlers, retail expansion teams, and route-based B2B sales organizations.
The Platform provides:
geospatial analysis and location intelligence tools
account prioritization and territory planning features
reporting and analytics capabilities
AI-driven insights and recommendations
workflow support for commercial execution.
Services may include both automated software functionality and human-supported services such as onboarding, configuration, implementation assistance, and customer support.
3. Account Access and Delivery
All services are delivered digitally. Access to the Platform is granted after purchase confirmation and may require onboarding, configuration, or data setup before full functionality is available.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis or through specific service agreements.
Payments may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for billing, payment processing, invoicing, and applicable tax handling.
5. Refund Policy
Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
After the 14-day refund window has passed, all payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Refunds are processed according to Paddle’s refund and payment processing policies.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
misuse or attempt to reverse engineer the Platform
use the Platform for unlawful activities
interfere with system security or integrity.
7. Data and AI Outputs
The Platform uses aggregated, anonymized, or third-party data sources together with algorithmic models and artificial intelligence to generate insights and recommendations.
Outputs provided by the Platform are intended for informational and decision-support purposes only. The Company does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes or results.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including software, algorithms, content, and data processing methodologies, remain the property of Worinco LTD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
10. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if users violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Israel
